Property Manager
We are actively recruiting for dynamic individuals to join our growing property management team. Managing residential blocks and working closely with leaseholders, freeholders, and service providers, your role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio, ensuring buildings are compliant, well-maintained, and financially sound.
Qualifications
Previous experience in residential block management or property management
Strong communication and organisational skills
Understanding of service charge budgets and compliance responsibilities
Ability to manage contractors and oversee maintenance works
A proactive approach to problem-solving and resident engagement
Must have a full UK driving licence

Service Charge Accountant
We are actively recruiting for a detail-orientated and proactive Service Charge Accountant. Working alongside our team, your role will be to take ownership of service charge accounts across a diverse residential portfolio. You’ll ensure accurate budgeting, timely reconciliations, and clear financial reporting for our clients and leaseholders.
Qualifications
Previous experience in service charge accounting (residential block management preferred)
Strong knowledge of leasehold accounting principles and service charge legislation
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience preparing budgets, year-end accounts, and liaising with external auditors
AAT, ACCA, or similar qualification (or working towards) is desirable

We are extending our reach by targeting further fundraising efforts at upcoming industry networking events, reinforcing our commitment to creating positive change.
Employee Involvement:
Our employees are the heartbeat of our CSR efforts. They actively engage in sporting and fitness challenges, leveraging these opportunities to fundraise for causes close to our hearts, including Children's Cancer Fund, Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Shelter, and more.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
While we collaborate closely with J-Living, JBD, Forward Housing, and Shelter, we are currently exploring additional partnerships to expand the reach and impact of our CSR initiatives.
Future Plans:
Looking ahead, Temphis is committed to doing more for charity, particularly focusing on initiatives addressing homelessness and housing. We aspire to be a leader in the CSR space, recognising our responsibility to make a lasting difference for generations to come.
