Standard Fee Schedule

·       Sale Pack / LPE1 / Solicitor Enquiry Response – £500.00

·       Re-Issue of Lost or Misplaced Documents – £50.00

·       License to Assign / Sublet / Alteration – From £250.00

·       Leaseholder Welcome Pack – £50.00

·       Copy of Lease or Title Documents – £25.00

·       Dealing with Unauthorised Alterations / Breaches – £55.00 per letter

·       Responding to Excessive Queries – £10.00 per 15 mins (minimum £20.00)

·       Section 20 Consultation – £15.00 per unit (minimum £150.00)

·       Project Management –

• 12% of works up to £50,000;

• 10% of works from £50,001–£150,000;

• 8% of works above £150,000;

• No fee under £2,500;

• Minimum fee of £500 between £2,500 and £5,000.

·       Late Payment Charges – £70 Late Payment Reminder Fee, £96 Debt Collector Referral Fee, £300 Solicitor Referral Fee

·       Setup of Payment Plan – £60

·       Raising Insurance Claim – £120
