Temphis is an RICS-regulated block management company working for Right to Manage (RTM) companies, resident management companies (RMCs) and share-of-freehold blocks, from two flats upwards. The board stays in charge: you approve the budget, you see where every pound goes, and you deal with a named property manager.

What it costs

Full block management starts from £350 per flat per year plus VAT, depending on the size and complexity of the building. Leaseholder charges, such as sale packs, are set out on the fees page.
