Not every building needs full block management. Temphis Flex is for smaller blocks and resident-led companies that want to stay in control, with the right tools and professional support behind them.
How it works
- One portal for the board: see accounts, budgets, compliance and maintenance in one place, and approve decisions online.
- Accounts handled properly: service charge accounts and demands run in professional block management software, with funds held in a designated client account.
- Compliance on track: fire, health and safety and building safety records kept up to date, with reminders when anything falls due.
- Professional help when you need it: surveys, major works, insurance, year-end accounts and company secretarial support, as and when you need them.
Flexible by design
Choose the level of support that suits your building, and change it as your needs change. If the board wants to step back, upgrade to full management at any time, with no change of agent and no handover.
Who it's for
Resident management companies, RTM companies and share-of-freehold blocks that want low costs without going it alone.
Pricing
From £100 per flat per year + VAT, with a minimum of £600 a year. The designated client bank account and compliance software are charged at cost. A one-off onboarding fee of £250 + VAT covers setting up your block, accounts and portal.
Professional services such as surveys, major works and insurance are quoted separately, only when you need them.
