Leave a review
If we manage your building and you have found the service useful, a short review helps other freeholders and resident directors work out whether we are worth talking to. It takes a couple of minutes.
Useful things to mention: what your role is — leaseholder, resident director, freeholder — roughly how long we have managed the building, and one specific thing rather than a general impression. “The service charge accounts arrived on time and someone talked me through them” is worth more to a reader than “great service”.
Reviews are published with your first name, last initial and role — for example “Nisan P, Leaseholder”. We do not publish your building or your full name.
If something has gone wrong
A review is not the right route for a complaint. If you are unhappy with something, use our complaints procedure instead. It gives you a named person, a response timescale at each stage, and an escalation route to The Property Ombudsman if we do not put it right.
