Our Story

Temphis Block Management is a RICS accredited residential block management company covering Central London, Greater London, the South East, the North West and North Wales. We specialise in proactive, compliance led management of apartment buildings, mixed use estates and high rise developments.

Temphis provides a full suite of block management services designed to improve building performance, reduce risk and enhance resident satisfaction. Our team manages complex buildings including those with concierge teams, communal plant rooms, heat networks, safety remediation needs and Building Safety Act obligations.

Temphis was founded by a team of experienced Chartered Surveyors and Property Developers who had seen first-hand how poorly managed buildings can impact not just property values, but the day-to-day lives of the people who live there. Frustrated by a lack of transparency, inconsistent service, and slow communication in the block management sector, we set out to build something better.

With backgrounds across residential development, estate management, and construction, we bring a deep understanding of how buildings are built, maintained, and lived in. That technical knowledge, combined with a hands-on, customer-first approach, allows us to manage properties with care, clarity, and confidence.
